Set up 4K IPTV on your device
Your line is a standard M3U / Xtream Codes account, so setup is the same few steps everywhere: install a player, enter three details, open a 4K channel. Choose your device below.
What 4K needs
Before you start
1
Your login email
Username, password and server URL arrive by email after payment. Keep it open on your phone while you set up.
2
A compatible player
Any app that supports Xtream Codes or M3U playlists works. Your device's official app store is the safest place to get one.
3
A wired connection for 4K
Plug the main TV into your router if you can. Wi-Fi is the most common reason a UHD channel drops to HD.
Devices
Choose your device
Fire TV Stick
- Open the Amazon Appstore on your Fire TV and search for an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes logins.
- Install and open the app, then choose the option to log in with an Xtream Codes account.
- Enter any name for the profile, then the username, password and server URL from your email exactly as written.
- Wait for the channels, guide and on-demand library to load — the first sync can take a minute or two.
- Open a channel marked UHD to confirm you are receiving 2160p.
Android TV & Google TV
- Open Google Play on the TV or box and install an Xtream Codes compatible player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro.
- Choose to add a playlist, then select Xtream Codes as the playlist type.
- Enter the server URL, username and password from your email.
- Let the app download the channel list and programme guide.
- In the player's settings, set video decoding to hardware so HEVC is handled by the video chip rather than the processor.
Samsung & LG Smart TV
- Open the Samsung Smart Hub or the LG Content Store and search for an IPTV player that accepts Xtream Codes or M3U logins.
- Install the app and note any activation or device code it shows on screen.
- Enter your username, password and server URL — on the TV itself, or on the app's web page if it uses a device code.
- Restart the app so the channel list and guide load cleanly.
- In the TV's picture settings, turn off motion smoothing for sport if the picture looks unnaturally smooth.
Apple TV, iPhone & iPad
- Open the App Store and install an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes accounts.
- Open the app and add a new Xtream Codes account.
- Type the server URL, username and password from your email.
- Allow the app to load the live channels, guide data and on-demand titles.
- On Apple TV 4K, open Settings › Video and Audio › Match Content and turn on Match Frame Rate, so sport plays at its native frame rate.
MAG & Formuler boxes
- Find your box's MAC address — it is printed on the label underneath the device.
- Send the MAC address to us on WhatsApp and we reply with the portal details for your line.
- On a MAG box, open Settings › Servers › Portals and enter the portal URL.
- Save and restart the box; the portal loads your channels automatically.
- On Formuler, enter the same portal details in the MYTVOnline app.
Windows & Mac
- Install a desktop player that opens M3U playlists, such as VLC, or an app that accepts Xtream Codes accounts.
- In VLC choose Media › Open Network Stream; in an Xtream app, add a new account instead.
- Paste the M3U link from your email, or enter the server URL, username and password.
- Wait for the playlist to load, then search or scroll to a channel.
- Pause other downloads and streaming tabs while watching UHD to keep the connection steady.
